Registration fees are strictly non-refundable once payment is made.

Overview

All registration fees paid for the 14th International Symposium on Advances in Electrochemical Science and Technology (iSAEST-14) are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. By completing the registration and payment process, you agree to this No Refund Policy.

No Refund Policy

Registration fees once paid are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for:

  • Cancellation of participation by the registrant
  • Inability to attend the conference due to personal reasons
  • Travel or visa issues
  • Medical emergencies
  • Change of plans or schedule conflicts
  • Any other personal circumstances

Conference Cancellation by Organizers

In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled or postponed by the organizers due to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, cyclones, etc.)
  • Government restrictions or mandates
  • Pandemics or health emergencies
  • Force majeure events

The following options will be provided to registered participants:

  • Option 1: Transfer registration to the next edition of the symposium
  • Option 2: Full refund of the registration fee (processing fees may apply)

The decision of the organizing committee regarding conference cancellation and refunds shall be final and binding.

Payment Gateway Charges

  • Payment gateway charges and transaction fees are non-refundable in all cases
  • Any bank charges for international transactions will be borne by the participant
  • Currency exchange rate fluctuations will not affect the refund amount
