By registering for iSAEST-14, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not register for the conference.

2. Registration and Payment

2.1 Registration: All participants must register online through the official website https://isaest14.saest.com.

2.2 Payment: Registration fees are payable through online payment methods as specified on the website. All fees are non-refundable except as provided in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2.3 Currency: All fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic participants and US Dollars (USD) for international participants.

3. Payment Gateway

We use secure third-party payment gateways for processing payments. By using our payment services, you agree to the terms of the respective payment gateway providers.

4. User Account

4.1 Account Creation: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.2 Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4.3 Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Abstract Submission

5.1 Originality: All submitted abstracts must be original work and should not have been published elsewhere.

5.2 Copyright: Authors retain the copyright of their work but grant iSAEST-14 the right to publish and distribute the abstract in conference proceedings.

5.3 Review Process: All abstracts undergo a peer-review process. The decision of the review committee is final.

6. Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the conference. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

7. Cancellation

The organizing committee reserves the right to cancel or postpone the conference due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be notified and offered alternative options.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, graphics, and materials presented at the conference, are the intellectual property of their respective owners.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu, India.
